BA Music Business and Arts Management
Working with experts from the world of music, business, and the arts, Music Business & Arts Management students at Middlesex students develop high-level creative and managerial skills, critical reflection, and autonomous learning. Longstanding partnerships with prominent music and arts organisations, including the Music Managers Forum and Hanwell Hootie Festival, bring valuable opportunities for further professional engagement. As its title implies, Music Business & Arts Management is a multi-disciplined degree that equips our graduates with the skills they need to work in various sectors: event management, arts administration, the record industry, and artist development are just a few such areas. Opportunities in venue management, arts outreach, and education are equally thriving areas, as demonstrated by the success of our graduates in recent years, who have been recruited by the likes of MTV, Kobalt, Help Musicians UK, Universal, PRS for Music, Columbia Records, TripAdvisor, Boosey & Hawkes, and PPL, among many other organisations.
