Katherine Dixon

I am an ambitious individual who has had a high interest in design since a young age. My favourite parts of the design process are researching and creating conceptual visuals. I am looking forward to gaining experience within the design sector and to continue to develop professionally and learn new skills. My major project Human Harvest proposes we eat human meat as its is a food source of unlimited supply, and would produce minimal environmental impact compared to the current agricultural livestock practice. I have always been passionate about the environment and love to design spaces which question our current ways of living and what we can do to secure a sustainable future.
